Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with processing and handling requiring 3-5 business days. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking.

Help, my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?!

ShipCheck is Bella Perversa’s premium package protection service. When you add ShipCheck to your order, you’re covered in the unfortunate event your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. If anything happens, simply email us at support@bellaperversa.com and we’ll take care of filing the claim for you.

Please note that refund or replacement requests for damaged orders must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be approved.

If ShipCheck was not added to your order, Bella Perversa is unable to accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been processed. That is to say, expect a charge within 3 to 5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.
